Be Wary…..

A great resource that has a lot to offer to sincere Christians, but either are deceitful in their 15% discount deals.

End of story: They are a for-profit company and want to make money.

They aren’t a convent or a monestary that works out of Christian charity.

Perhaps I am being too harsh here, but their pricing and practices (deceitful 15% discounts make it extremely difficult to view them as a purely Christian organization.

Not personalized as promised rosary could have better

I ordered a rosary in wooden box and paid extra to have my initials on the box this was not done--like the box but I felt the rosary could have been of a little better quality for the amount I pad.

You should have a zero star

You should have a zero star. What a terrible experience I had with this company. I Ordered a pocket rosary the first day, the second day it broke into pieces outside the entrance of the church as I carried it to have it blessed by a priest. What an embarrassment. The workmanship, the deceit between the advertised image and the product, the the absolute unresponsiveness, are unforgiving for a firm which carries the Catholic label. The Church should not associate with this company. It looks shady.

Customer service???

The pictures are magnified and the products differ in size than in the description. The website states satisfaction guaranteed. Not so.
Only received a partial refund because the system would not allow a full refund on the returned item, because I bought 2 items. If I would have bought 1 item then I would get a full refund????Responses through customer service email are vague and usually a phrase. As a business owner, I would not deal with this company again.

Engraving is terrible on wood crosses

I ordered three Baptism crosses. All three crosses had different engraving and fonts. One was so light it was awful and one was so bold and dark it looked horrible. They would not refund my money or give store credit since it was a custom order. Crosses had weird light grain streaks going in the opposite direction of the grain. I emailed and called they would not budge. Very poor customer service.

Terrible customer service

I tried to discuss my order with them, but they ghosted me five times out of six and then refused to publish my one-star reviews, providing the irrelevant excuse that my order was shipped on time. In my experience, they're hugely unhelpful, and the reviews on their site may not be representative of their customers' shopping experiences.

I ordered a Statue of Our lady which…

I ordered a Statue of Our lady which was not sent to me although we paid the full amount of $127 ,not a valid reason was given to justify as they mentioned it was a shipping problem and the item was returned back to their shop. Not sure how fair it is to charge me the shipping cost when the item ordered was not delivered in the first place. I only received $77 back to my account and the bal was never returned.
Truly upset being a religious company how they can mislead online shoppers. They should check if the address was deliverable or not before charging full cost. Full refund should have been made as this is not customers error, especially during these trying times they should not be playing with people emotions on religious grounds.
